Ilkeston

Market town in Derbyshire, founded c.5AD. Named for its supposed founder Elch or Elcha, an Anglian chieftain ("Elka's Tun" = Elka's Town). It is called Tilchestune in the Domesday Book.

It is one of the few places where the distinctive dialect of East Midlands English is extensively spoken. It is referred to as 'Ilson' in this dialect.

This is so wrong, for starters Larklands is only small area, consisting of the old Ilkeston Common, The highlighted area on map is half of it is Gallows Inn, parkfarm and Kensington. Also Hallamfields is wrong, part of it is actually Little Hallam Town
